DEPOSIT PAYROLL CHECKS and OWNER/OPERATOR CHECKS TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT

You can transfer funds from your checking account directly to your employees' and owner/operators' own bank accounts. We use the nation's electronic payment system, the Automated Clearing House (ACH or NACH) Network. We take care of the detail and make it effective for you to do. Tell the system once about your bank account and if you want to have the funds automatically withdrawn from your checking account. Enter the bank account numbers for employees and owner/operators who want direct bank deposit. The software will handle the rest for you including bank pre-notification procedures and funds transfers! Any payment in Accounts Payable or Payroll can qualify for this feature.
